Is Victory at any Price Like Peace at any Price

I was driving in the Washington suburbs today and heard the first Foleygate hit job radio ad. It referred the listener to the Majority Action web site for more information.

It appears that victory in the upcoming election, at any price in terms of smears, disloyalty to the base of voters who’ve supported them, or lying to the public, is more important than having a position on a substantive issue.

What has me bothered is that Clinton demonstrated that once elected, it doesn’t matter to the democrats what the complaint or allegation is. They are in power, so they can’t be easily taken out of power. And, it appears they don’t care if the mud they sling is untrue - that won’t come out until after the election!

"If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything," or, put another way - If you want it bad, you’ll get it bad!
